GARY Standinger of Bristol & West AC ran a personal best of 37mins 15secs to finish seventh in the Bridgwater 10k road race yesterday. The race was won by Torbay M50 veteran Peter Monaghan (34:30).
Clevedon AC’s Sally Dennis also clocked a PB of 48:43 to finish second woman and first veteran. There were 147 finishers.
