NOW living on the east coast of Spain Jenny Spink took the opportunity to make the short trip down the coast to run the Barcelona half marathon on Sunday
.
The Bristol & West AC British international clocked a time of 73mins 36secs to finish 84th overall and second Brit behind Tracy Barlow (71st, in a PB of 72:48).

Jenny’s time was also one of her fastest and was just 35 seconds outside her lifetime best.
Southville Running Club was also represented in the race with William Smith finishing 332nd (80:03) and John Evans 603rd in a PB of 84:01.
