BATH runner Guy Woods is enjoying a real purple patch at the moment.
Following his success at the World Masters Mountain Running Championships, where he helped Britain to victory in the team competition, Woods has now added a national title to his CV.
On Sunday in Horwich Woods won the M55 title in the British Masters 5k Road Championships clocking a time of 16mins 46secs.
