Kate shines with top twenty finish in European Championships trials race

THE top local performance of the day at the British Cross Challenge, in Liverpool came from Kate Hulls in the senior women’s race.

Hulls ran superbly toKateHulls2015B finish 16th barely a minute adrift of winner Gemma Steele and, if she is lucky, that ma put her in line fr an England vest for an overseas fixture in the coming months.

Leading local man was Bristol & West’s Owain Jones who was 20th in the senior event.
