Jenny Spink (pictured) finished ninth woman in the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k in a time of 34mins 14secs. Bristol & West clubmate Julia Belyavin was 67th in 38:44.
Top west woman was Stroud’s Rachel Felton, who finished fifth in 33:32, just outside her PB of 33:25.
