Get set to race in and around Thornbury

THORNBURY Running Club has outlined plans for its summer race schedule.

On June 26th (11am) there is the popular Oldbury 4 miles fun run which is held on fully closed country lanes from the Anchor pub in south Gloucestershire.

The Oldbury on Severn Fun Run has raised over £60,000 for CLIC Sergent over the years and it is still one of the biggest and best fun runs in the South West.

Then on Thursday July 14th is the new date for the Thornbury 10k – formerly known as the Sundayshill 10k – which is road race around the quiet, undulating lanes of the Berkeley Vale from Thornbury Rugby Club.  Chip Timing new for this year and to register see the link at:http://thornburyrunningclub.co.uk/?page_id=206
