Olivia leads the Challenge for North Somerset AC

IT was good to see North Somerset’s young athletes making the long trip to Milton Keynes for the opening fixture in the British Athletics Cross Challenge.

Olivia Burton (pictured centre) ran strongly to finish 11^th in the under 15 girls’ race with Rosie Whitehead 25^th and Nelly Bridger-Morales 30^th. Alice Bridger-Morales was 39^th in the under 13s race.

In the under 13 boys’ event Ollie Lock came 13^th and Callum Smith was 19^th in the under 15s.
