Tobias enjoys Spain trip as he smashes PB in Valencia 10k

MUCH further afield former Easy Runner/Bristol Post athlete of the month winner Zak Tobias finished 11^th in the Valencia Trinidad Alfonso 10 road race in Spain.

The trip was well worthwhile for Tobias (pictured)  as the 21-year-old Bristol & West runner smashed his personal best with a time of 31mins 26secs.

Tobias’ previous best was 32:35 set last year in the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k, held over the same weekend. Then again, Leeds or Valencia in November? You decide!
