BARELY a 100 places are left for the second Severn Bridge half marathon a week on Sunday (August 30th).
The organisers have put a limit of 2,800 runners on the novel event that starts in Wales from Chepstow and takes runners across the old Severn Bridge before looping around the villages of south Gloucestershire and returning across the bridge to Chepstow.

Last year Catherine Lee (pictured when winning the Chester marathon last year) of Westbury Harriers finished third behind two Wales runners while leading local man was Team Bath’s Dan Jones in fourth.
