WHAT an amazing turn-out for the first 
race in the 2016/17 Weston Prom 5 miles series.
There were a total 372 runners for the opening race last week which the club is stating is a new record – and that included 100 from host club Weston AC.
Overall winners were Clevedon AC’s Alex Crossland in the men’s race and Bristol & Wes’s Julia Belyavin (pictured left) in the women.
The junior prom saw a fantastic 84 finishers for the first 1 mile Prom run of the series.
