NORTH Somerset AC runners James Rodgers and Josh Davis both took full advantage of the excellent competition at the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k road race to record personal bests on Sunday.
Rodgers clocked 31mins 22secs to finish 51st slicing 11 seconds off the best he set in the Trafford race last year while Davis finished 68th in 31:46, which slashed 35 seconds off the mark he ran in Cardiff.
