I THINK you call this a busman’s holiday. Bristol & West coach and development officer Keith Brackstone is spending his annual vacation with Bruce Lati’s group in Kenya at Embu to get some training tips and put in a few miles himself.
“Having some great experiences including ‘mutatus’ (local transport) so far record is 24 in a vehicle designed for 11,” said Keith via Facebook.
“Also went to coach one group on mountain roads by motor bike. Great fun no crash helmets and both of us on the one bike – with the rider!”
