RECENT new Bristol & West AC signing Timothy Lefroy smashed his personal best at the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k road race on Sunday.
The Australian runner finished a close runner-up to Northern Ireland’s Andrew Milligan in the prestigious race clocking a time of 29mins 24secs, easily eclipsing his 2020 best of 29:58.
That time is the fastest 10k by a Bristol & West AC runner this year and is quick enough to put him top of the South West Rankings ahead of Wells City Harriers’ Oliver Fox (29:28) and Dom James of Western Tempo (29:30).
