ELLIE Wallace continued her fine autumn form with another huge personal best last night.
Competing in the Cardiff 5k road race the 22-year-old North Somerset AC runner smashed her previous best time of 16:58, set only two months ago in the South West PB Series at Odd Down, with a sparkling 16:16.
In a strong, mixed field Wallace dug in with determination and renewed confidence after some fine recent performances to finish third woman overall behind Wales internationals Charlotte Arter and Jenny Nesbitt.
