CLEVEDON AC runner Francesca Rawlings equalled her personal best to win the AVR Wiltshire half marathon yesterday.
Rawlings recorded a time of 86mins 26secs, a time she also ran in the Burnham-on-Sae half last month, to finish 24th overall of the 361-strong field and four minutes clear of her nearest rival.
Westbury Harriers’ Alex Hamblin placed fifth overall in 77:23 with victory going to Samuel Jody Richards of Pontypridd Roadents in 71:13.
Bristol & West’s Paul Jefferson recorded a PB of 82:46 in 12th. He was also second veteran over 40.
Jon Thraves of Great Western Runners was first veteran over 50 in 85:16.
