PAUL Filer has arranged for former Cheltenham international javelin thrower James Campbell to visit Whitehall on Thursday night (9th June) to teach a Javelin Master Class commencing at 6.45 pm.
Ca
mpbell (pictured left) is a thrower with experience of World and European Games at Junior level and Commonwealth Games as a senior on two occasions and boasts a lifetime best of 80metres 38centimetres.
Sadly injuries curtailed his career and Campbell, who is based in Leeds, is now retired.
Any coaches and athletes interested in learning more about the event are welcome to attend the session.
