Charlotte at the double in opening UK Women’s League clash

CHARLOTTE Green was her usual busy self in Bristol & West AC’s opening UK Women’s League Division Three match at the Kip Keino Stadium yesterday.

Charlotte won the 800m and 1500m races and then produced a 58.0secs split on her leg on the 4x400m relay as the host club narrowlyBristol&WestWomenUKWLJune2016 failed to claim overall victory by just six points in a very tight match.

The two top teams were those that were relegated last season.

“Our points score is by, quite a margin, up on Trafford, Cardiff & Wigan who were in Division 1 with us last year,” said team manager Chris Elson.
