CHARLOTTE Green was her usual busy self in Bristol & West AC’s opening UK Women’s League Division Three match at the Kip Keino Stadium yesterday.
Charlotte won the 800m and 1500m races and then produced a 58.0secs split on her leg on the 4x400m relay as the host club narrowly failed to claim overall victory by just six points in a very tight match.
Our photo shows Charlotte (second from right) with clubmates Kate Hullls, Kate Reed and Emma Reed.
The two top teams were those that were relegated last season.
“Our points score is by, quite a margin, up on Trafford, Cardiff & Wigan who were in Division 1 with us last year,” said team manager Chris Elson.
