YATE middle distance runner Charlie Hosking finished third in the men’s 1500m G race at the British Milers Club PB Classic meeting in Milton Keynes at the weekend.
It was a season’s best to put him 14th in the South West Rankings for under 15 boys but shy of 4:39.90 set last season.
Team Bath teenager Ellery Cole broke two minutes for the first time finishing runner-up in the D race while clubmate Max Davis clocked a PB in the 3000m.
