PAT Gallagher is an amazing athlete and true inspiration.
The longevity and quality of her performances continue to amaze with her latest triumphs coming at the World Masters Championships in Perth, Australia.
The 71-year-old Westbury Harrier (pictured left with Hannah Hobbs, whom she coaches) won two bronze medals in the over 70s 800m (3:18.79) and 1500m (6:44.27) to complement the two golds (1500m and 3000m) and silver (800m) she won at the European Indoor Championships, in Italy, last winter.
No doubt Pat has her sights set on even more silverware over the next year.
