Dan’s deight as he clocks personal best to win Chippenham half marathon

DAN Jones smashed his five-year-old personal best with a super victory in the Chippenham half marathon yesterday.

The Team Bath AC runner (pictured left in the lead) ran away from the 1,000 strong field in the closing stages to win comfortably in a time of 1hr 12mins 52secs to shave 30 seconds off his previous best set in the Wokingham half in 2012.
