Covid 19 Updates

Statement:

We plan on reopening (subject to government Covid-19 regulation) on JUNE 1st.
     To do this safely for our staff and customers it requires a number of measures to be in place first. Just like the Governments Pandemic response measures we hope to be able to relax them as we go over the coming months until such time as we can return to normal practice for a retail outlet.
We have removed all apparel or products that encourage browsing to reduce the risk from contamination and increase space.
     We are implementing a booking system so that we can manage the number of people in the shop at any one time. This will allow 1 hour for for a regular shoe fit carried out in an almost identical way to our previous model (customer contact has to be avoided at present). We will be wearing protective equipment, carrying out regular cleansing between customers for high contact areas such as door handles, seating areas, till and treadmills.
We respectfully ask for any customers booking in to visit the shop either alone or with as few people as is humanly possible as every extra body increases our risk and our ability to navigate the space safely.
There is a booking fee of £15 which will be redeemed against the price of the shoes if purchased or which will count as the analysis charge if shoes aren’t purchased. This can however be used against the shoes if they are purchased within 30 days of the analysis. Please be aware it is transferable should you miss the appointment for any reason (we simply can’t afford to have slots booked and not used at this point) it is however non refundable!!!
     We will allow walk in customers should there be space to allow safe working however you may be asked to wait or return at a specific time if were fully occupied, and we suggest you contact us first before setting off to avoid disappointment.
The designated time slots are 60 minutes. As most fittings take around 45 mins this gives us approximately 15 mins between appointments for cleaning down, however there will be no rush to remove you if it takes longer as we have provided for this incidence although after your 60 minutes there may well be another customer arriving to share the space.
